Introduction:

This product is a liquid oil-based mud treatment agent synthesized from oleic acid through alcohol amine and acylation reactions.

This product is mainly used to convert the solids in oil-based drilling fluid from hydrophilic to lipophilic to improve the stability of oil-based drilling fluid. At the same time, this product can also adjust the rheology of oil-based drilling fluid and increase the demulsification voltage.

This product has strong temperature resistance, with a maximum temperature resistance of 190°C, is biodegradable and environmentally friendly.

The product packaging should be painted with a logo, indicating: trademark, product name, factory name and address, production date, batch number, net weight and execution standards.

Packing:

This product is packed in high-strength polyethylene plastic barrels or iron barrels, 180kg+1.5kg per barrel, or according to user requirements. Each batch of packaged products should be accompanied by a quality certificate, which includes: manufacturer name, product name, registered trademark, production date, batch number, grade, net weight, proof that product quality complies with this standard, and this standard number.

Transportation and storage:

During transportation and storage, the packaging should be prevented from breaking. Handle it with care to prevent other impurities from mixing into the product. It should be stored in a dry and ventilated place.
