Low viscosity/high viscosity carboxymethylcellulose series

Introduction:

As a drilling fluid fluid loss reducer, CMC can form a thin, tough, low-permeability filter cake on the well wall, keeping the drilling fluid with a low fluid loss and ensuring the rheology and suspension stability of the drilling fluid.

It has certain ability to resist pollution from various soluble salts.

CMC can generally withstand temperatures of 130~150°C. Adding an oxygen scavenger can further improve the temperature resistance and can be used for well temperatures above 150°C. The product is suitable for various water-based drilling fluids.

Product performance:

Density: 1.050 g/cm3(Temp: 15-18 °C)

溶解度：Practically insoluble in anhydrous ethanol. It swells with water to form a suspension and becomes viscid in 1 M sodium hydroxide.

Form: preswollen, microgranular

稳定性：Stable. Combustible. Incompatible with strong oxidizing agents.

Scope of use: Suitable for various water-based drilling fluids.

Packaging: The packaging is a three-in-one paper-plastic composite packaging bag (that is, three materials of kraft paper, polypropylene woven bag, and polyethylene film are combined into a whole), lined with plastic bags. The net mass of each bag of product is 25kg, with an allowable error of 5%. The inner and outer seals of the packaging bag should be tied separately to prevent moisture and damage.

Sun protection and collision and leakage should be prevented during transportation.

Storage:

Product storage should be kept ventilated, dry, away from rain and away from heat sources. The shelf life of this product is 2 years.
