Product properties of hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile sodium salt: Hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile sodium salt is a light yellow or off-white powder, easily soluble in water, and the aqueous solution is alkaline. It is an anionic polymer obtained by alkaline hydrolysis of polyacrylonitrile filament. The molecular chain contains groups such as -CONH2, -COO- and -CN. It is used as a drilling fluid treatment agent and has strong temperature and salt resistance. It is used as a fluid loss reducer in water-based drilling fluids and has a certain viscosity reducing effect.

· 【Usage】Widely used in oil fields, gas fields, metallurgy, geology, coal and other departments as drilling mud treatment agent, deep well anti-temperature dewatering agent and flocculant.

· [Preparation or source] A copolymer of acrylonitrile, acrylamide, sodium acrylate and other compounds (molecular weight approximately 100,000 to 200,000) obtained by hydrolysis of waste acrylic fiber as the main raw material. Moisture content ≤7%. There is a small amount of water-insoluble matter. Fineness (passing 20 mesh sieve)>90%. The viscosity of 1% aqueous solution is 7 to 16 mPa·s.

· [Remarks] It has the characteristics of significant precipitation effect, high thermal stability, small water loss due to high pressure difference, dense and smooth mud cake, small friction coefficient, strong resistance to salt pollution, and good shear dilution performance. It also has properties such as lime resistance and gypsum resistance. However, when encountering calcium chloride solution with high concentration, flocculent precipitate will be formed.
